Electricity is supplied by Direct Energy and sub-metered by Sleepy Valley Resort.

***Rates are valid for the 2012-2013 Season only.

Monthly Rates are payable in full upon arrival.  Annual Rates are due in full by October 1, 2012.

A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold a designated site on a first come first serve basis. 

We offer premium sites with concrete pads of 400 to 500 sq. ft. for an additional $100 per season.

We offer luxury sites with concrete pads of 800 to 1,000 sq. ft. for an additional $200 per season.
